Yes, you can change your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. There are no penalties or fees for changing plans. Our team is always available to help you find the right plan for your current needs.

Yes! We offer a 14-day free trial on our Business and Corporate plans. You get full access to all features during the trial period so you can thoroughly evaluate the platform. No credit card required to start. At the end of the trial, you can choose a plan or simply walk away with no obligation.

We accept all major credit and debit cards, bank transfers, and direct debit for subscription payments. Enterprise and Institutional customers can also pay via invoice with net-30 terms. We can also accommodate alternative payment methods for institutional clients on request.

When you choose yearly billing, you save 20% compared to monthly billing. The annual fee is charged upfront at the start of your billing cycle. This discount applies to both the Business and Corporate plans. Institutional plans are custom-priced and may have different billing arrangements.

The transaction fee covers use of our payment orchestration platform, including routing, analytics, reporting, and support. Payment provider fees (e.g., interchange, scheme fees, acquirer fees) are passed through at cost with no markup. We'll provide a full fee breakdown during onboarding so you know exactly what to expect.
